According to the Oxford County Sheriff's Office, Soucy exhibited concerning behavior and made suicidal statements to the woman, leading to a physical altercation that resulted in the woman sustaining minor injuries.Soucy then allegedly refused to let the woman and the children leave the camper, and he was armed with a knife throughout the night. The woman and the 6-year-old child were eventually able to escape the camper early Tuesday morning and immediately reported the incident to the authorities.
